These are the rambles of a photographer and walker, who happily combines the two hobbies in retirement from a more demanding occupation. I regard myself as an instinctive rather than technical photographer. I photograph what pleases, but can't resist perspective and stormy weather.
Some time ago I admired the silhouette of Kingsdown church when seen of an evening from the beach road near the Zetland Arms. Last night I tried a few shots: I shall try again in a misty light.
Retired after 42 years in country legal practice. Ancestral connections with Northumberland. Photographer since teens, and retirement enables me to enjoy much walking and photography.
